Recipe makes about 15 to 20 snowflakes.
2 cups of Bisquick or your favorite biscuit mix
1/2 cup cut up (or chopped up) pepperoni
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated cheddar
2/3 cup water
Prepared spaghetti or pizza sauce
1/2 cup grated cheese for topping
Combine biscuit mix, pepperoni, black olives and mozzarella and cheddar cheese in a bowl and mix.
The dough will be sticky. Turn out the dough onto a floured surface and kneed 8 to 10 times. Roll out to 1/2 inch thick and cut into snowflake shapes using snowflake cookie cutters.
Bake at 425° for 8 minutes until almost brown. Remove from the oven and spoon some sauce over each snowflake. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of each snowflake and bake for 2 minutes more until cheese if bubbly.
4 flour tortillas (large)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoon real butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Mix together the cinnamon and powdered sugar. Gently fold each tortilla into quarters - don't crease them too hard.
Use scissors to cut the tortillas into snowflake designs.
Fry tortilla in the butter until it is golden brown and crispy. Drain onto a paper towel.
Place the powdered sugar mixture in a small strainer and sprinkle the top of the tortillas.
Serve warm.
