1 can of Rosarita Vegetarian Refried Beans
1 LaVictoria Rancho Salsa (hot)
1 can Oberti Olives (drained)
1 can whole kernal corn (drained, no salt or sugar)
Mix and dip!
2 cups seeded, peeled tomatos
1/3 cup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons chopped green chiles
2 tablespoons chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
Dash of cumin
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes 2 cups.
